• Three Rivers Casino – Florence, Oregon – performed the property survey work for bringing Tribal Lands into Trust, preliminary site survey work, all construction layout and staking for the current Hotel Casino Expansion Project. • Topographic survey on a 40 acre parcel located on Map 17-05-31, Tax Lot 503 and Map 17-05-31-41, Tax Lot 1300. Survey included mapping all delineated wetland areas on the property. • Topographic survey of a 10 acre parcel located on Map 17-05-31-14, Tax Lot 200. • Ward NorthWest Inc. has provided both planning and land survey services for a number of land partitions within the Veneta Area. • Performed the preliminary site survey for the Siletz Hwy 229 Safety Project. • New Fred Meyer store – Florence Oregon – performed all preliminary survey work, all construction layout and partition survey for a 12-acre development project. • Willow Dunes Subdivision – all property survey and construction staking for a 90 lot subdivision located in Florence, Oregon |
